ABOUT
Noah's Ark Learning Center
How did Noah's Ark start in the Treasure Valley?
We were established in 2000 with the idea to create a place where families would be able to bring their kids to receive quality care without sacrificing their own schedules or timelines. That is why our motto is a "Childcare that Works Around YOUR Schedule"!
What are some of our best qualities?
Our facility is roomy, we provide a safe clean environment with a comfortable home-like atmosphere and a variety of activities including a stimulating outdoor play area with a garden.
What are some of our best qualities?
It is our philosophy that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring, and discovery. It is also a critical time for child to learn about respect, obedience, sharing, trusting, all the values that are endorsed in the Bible. When these values are demonstrated before children they will emulate them and grow to become successful thriving adults. This center’s purpose is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development of the child as whole.
Why Choose Us?
The center is still operated by its original owners, we are a family busines and have been working with parents for over 24 years!
We don't charge a flat fee, parents are able to change their schedules weekly in order to give you the flexbility that you need.
Along with being licensed by the city, we also participate in the Idaho Steps to Quality Program (a DHW Program) which certifies that our staff follow best practices in care and professional development.
Licensed and Inspected
At Noah's Ark Learning Center your children are our priority so we ensure our facility receives annual inspections from the City of Boise, the Fire Marshal and the Boise Central District Health Department.
Additionally all our teachers are also licensed by the City of Boise and are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Our Food
At Noah’s Ark we offer 3 meals (breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 12 pm and dinner at 5:30 pm) and 3 snacks (at 10 am, 3 pm and 8 pm) at no extra cost to parents.
Our cook prepares lunch and dinner from scratch and even bakes some snacks.
At meal times we serve food family style ( in preschool and school age classrooms), we use this time to teach our kids table manners and facts about food and Spanish and Russian words.
